Client
The company is among the top largest integrators of Bitrix24. In addition, it offers services for the implementation, support, and development of CRM systems, personal accounts, and mobile applications. The client initially reached out to us for a comprehensive website audit due to a significant decline in search traffic over several months, with no apparent cause identified.
Task
- Identify and resolve the reasons for the traffic decline
- Increase traffic volume and impressions in Yandex and Google search engines
- Develop new landing pages and sections, as well as update existing ones
Result
We were able to identify and resolve a technical issue. During the comprehensive website audit, it was discovered that a mistake occurred during technical adjustments made by the developer, where the title tags were swapped with H1 tags, negatively impacting SEO.

Comprehensive SEO Audit
At the start of the project, a comprehensive SEO audit was conducted, revealing a key error negatively impacting the website’s ranking in search engines. After correcting this mistake, the website’s metrics began to gradually improve. Additionally, several other technical issues were identified, and a technical task was prepared for the developer.
Working with Links
Additionally, an analysis of the backlink profile compared to competitors in the top 10 was conducted. A link strategy was developed, gradually increasing the backlink profile, including collaboration with major regional media outlets.
Competitor Analysis and Development of New Pages and Sections
The development of new landing pages and enhancement of existing ones was based on an in-depth competitor analysis for key queries in the top 10. This included designing a block structure for pages and sections and creating technical specifications for the page texts. We participated in prototyping, design, and monitoring the layout and implementation of the pages. As a result, we achieved fast and high-quality ranking of new pages and sections in search engines, increased inquiries for key services, and continuous growth in both visibility and market competency.
Working with Semantics and Landing Pages
At the same time, an issue with the semantic core was identified. Previously, semantic work was conducted in a chaotic and unsystematic manner, leading to a lack of understanding regarding which queries generated traffic, where visibility was insufficient, and what topics should be covered in the site’s informational section. We conducted comprehensive work to refine the semantic core, added all key queries for regular position tracking, and implemented systematic control for updating and adding new queries, which helps to grow the query index.
As a result of a comprehensive approach to the project, we achieved growth in rankings, traffic, and inquiries. The volume of keywords in organic traffic reached 3,000 and continues to grow. We rank in 300+ top 10 results on Google. The client, who initially sought a website audit and resolution of one critical error, continued working with us.
