Niche and Competitor Analysis
The client provided information about key competitors in their target location. Most of these were visually overloaded and outdated websites with complex and inconvenient navigation. The client’s main request was to make their website stand out positively from competitors and convey the image of a reliable, modern company that users would trust and want to contact.
Special attention was given to the mobile version of the website, as many service requests are made from mobile devices due to the nature of the business.

The company operates in two main areas: air duct cleaning and appliance repair. It was important for us to highlight these two services as primary, while also allowing for the addition of sub-services within the appliance repair section, with room for future expansion.

To draw visitors’ attention to special offers and further motivate them to request a service through the site, we created an "Exclusive Offers" block, visually referencing tear-off discount coupons: There’s the option to create unique deals and special offers for each service the company provides.

Recurring design element
A recurring design element used in bullet points and company highlights is a snowflake, which is also featured in the company logo. A small but engaging detail that grabs attention.
Each service also has its own CTA form. In most cases, users can not only send a request but also access a booking calendar, implemented via integration with the external Workiz service:
